New York's Raul Mendez, alias DRO, has been charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti after being picked up at a homeless shelter in Brownsville. As expected from a member of the ACC, the All-City Crew, his tag can be seen in the four subway-running burroughs: Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan. Anyone who keeps an eye peeled for such things has seen the name before. Good luck
beating the charges DRO.

In my opinion, graffiti shouldn't be looked on as vandalism, at least as a rule. It makes a city more lifelike. Should there be rules? Maybe…what do some others think?
A lot of beautiful artwork has been lost and suppressed because of people's narrow minds. It's kind of ironic that so much graffiti gets destroyed in the US, given that elsewhere in the world graffiti tends to be a lot less artistically complex and a lot more political.
What a loser, 35 years old and graffiti, they should make him pay for all the damages he did.
