Links 4/23: The Unitary Executive, Start Snitchin’, President Gore?

So Al Gore IS running for President…maybe. Anyone see an Obama/Gore ticket in our future? Gore/Obama?

Kagro X has some interesting comments about the Alberto Gonzales hearings. When Bush said he still has “full confidence” in Gonzales and was pleased with what by all accounts was a miserable performance, most citizens think Bush must be watching news from another planet. But if you look at the Attorney General’s performance through the lens of the theory of a unitary executive it all starts to make sense…

Rapper Cam’ron has renewed the call to “stop snitchin’”, saying that helping the police catch criminals would hurt him and his business. He even goes so far as to say:

If I knew the serial killer was living next door to me?” Cam’ron asks. “No, I wouldn’t call and tell anybody on him. But I’d probably move… But I’m not gonna call and be like, you know, “The serial killer’s in 4E.”

Stupid. Which brings me to another blog you should check out: Start Snitching.

What’s on your mind, Seminal readers? Do you want to see Gore run for President? Would you vote for him? Should Cam’ron just shut up already? Please discuss and leave your own links below in the comments.

Gore for President! I’m all about it. And if he gets the nomination then kudos to Jake, cause he called it a while ago.
