The bill to restore Habeas Corpus is headed for a vote. You can get involved, if you’d like, to help restore this critical right that is currently being denied to Gitmo detainees.
Meanwhile, the controversial immigration bill failed a key vote in the Senate. Harry Reid said he will table the bill if it fails again.
Apparently, Paris Hilton has a different Constitution than the rest of us. She left jail after a mere 5 days of her 40 day sentence, complaining of an “unspecified medical condition.” Seems money does buy “justice.”
The Army is refusing to test two types of body armor (free registration required) side-by-side to find out which protects soldiers better. Some people are wondering why.

What have you been up to today?
BEFORE THE COURTS CAN GIVE AN INDIVIDUAL THAT RIGHT, THEY MUST ALSO DEAL WITH SOUL TRANSFERENCE. THIS IS A FIGHT THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR CENTURIES, THE FIGHT BETWEEN THE STATE AND CHURCH. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE FIGHT THAT NO ONE WANTS TO BRING TO THE SURFACE. ITS LIKE THOSE SECRET FIGHTS THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON SINCE I HAVE BEEN CONSCIENCE OF THE HUMAN BODY AND THAT OF THE SPRIITUAL ASPECTS OF LIFE. THAT IS WHY THE COMPUTER AGE HAS INHANCE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR, BECAUSE IT CAN ALLOW THE TWO PARTIES TO VISUALLY SEE THE BEHAVIOR RATHER THAN VERBALIZE IT. I AM QUITE SURE THEY BOTH ARE AWARE OF SUCH ACTIONS BECAUSE THEY BOTH HAVE TO SIGN OFF AS TO WHETHER ONE CAN KEEP THE IDENTITY THAT HE OR SHE WAS BORN WITH OR RECIEVE A NEW ONE. SO IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT IS NEW IT JUST RESURFACES. IT IS SAD TO SEE SOMEONE GUILTY OF SOMETHING THAT ISHE OR SHE IS NOT GUILTY OF AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO PRESENT THEMSELVE IN COURT TO REPRUDIATE SUCH ACCUSATIONS. WHEN THAT RIGHT GOES BEWARE OF THE NEXT ONE, THE RIGHT TO VOICE THIS OPINION. THIS IS JUST THAT VOICING AN OPINION
