Chile offers amnesty to illegal immigrants
Manuel Contreras, the Head of Security Forces under Ex-Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, has been sentenced to a further 15 years in jail for crimes committed during his time in that role. The murderer spent two years training at the Army Career Officers School in Viriginia.
