From the UK: In a disturbing twist on privatizing the education system, McDonald’s has been allowed to introduce its very own A-level, a nationally-recognized “McQualification” in “basic shift management,” into British secondary schools. (A-levels are one- or two-year courses in specific subjects, three of which generally equal a high school diploma in the British education system.)
In good form, California may soon be introducing a “feebate” system to make polluting cars more expensive.
