Another Terrible News Day for McCain |

Yahoo News says “Bush misstated Saddam’s links to terrorism, Senate report finds“. If we continue to get accurate headlines like this, McCain will be up to his ears in trouble. The Iraq war is a mess, and the administration that McCain helped to re-elect badly misled the American people. Add to this the news that Bush is trying to tie the next administration’s hands by negotiating an agreement to keep U.S. military bases in Iraq for years to come, and you’ve got yet another terrible day for McCain. This is his war as much as it is Bush’s, and Americans are sick of it. Obama is in step with the mainstream when he consistently says he wants to end this misguided, counterproductive war.
